The matter has been settled between the plaintiff and defendants no. 1 to 7. The counsel for the plaintiff thus requests that the matter be listed before the Hon'ble Court.
The defendant no. 8 is John Doe.
The counsel for defendant no. 9 also requests for listing the matter before the Hon'ble Court on the ground that there, she would also insist for her deletion.
Accordingly, list the matter before Hon'ble Court on 03.11.2023 for further directions.
