Section 5(2) in Gujarat Single Window Clearances Rules, 2017
(2)The applicant applying for Pre-Establishment clearances/ approvals for an enterprise/ industry shall apply through Common Application Form (CAF). If the specific approval is not covered under the Common Application Form the applicant shall have to fill other forms as prescribed under relevant Acts/ departments.
