Section 15(2) in Purba Medinipur University Act, 2017
(2)The Selection Committee shall be constituted by the State Government for each and every occasion of selection of Dean of the University:Provided that every such committee shall select Deans for all or any Faculty Councils of Post-graduate Studies and Councils for Undergraduate Studies in the University.
