(2)When the number of adult female convicts, who are Indians, confined in any jail is in excess of the accommodation available for such convicts in such jail, the number of such convicts in excess of such accommodation shall, without regard to the length of the term of the sentences to be undergone by them, respectively, ordinarily, be transferred to the Lahore Female Jail.
