Section 24(2) in The Bihar Intermediate Education Council Act, 1992
(2)Subject to the control of the Chairman, the Secretary shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Council. He shall be of the rank of Joint Director from Education Service or of the rank of Registrar of University. His other conditions of service shall be determined by the State Government.
