Section 79(1) in The Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region and Kutch) Area Act, 1958
(1)If, before the expiry of the period specified in the notification published under Section 62, the State Government is of opinion that it is not necessary to continue the management of the estate, it may by order published in the Official Gazette direct that the said management shall be terminated.
