                                                 O R D E R

The office report indicates that the respondent nos. 1 to 4 have already filed their counter affidavits, but the learned counsel for the said respondents has not filed the vakalatnama. Learned counsel for the respondents shall file the vakalatnama within a period of four weeks, in default whereof the counter affidavits shall be taken off the record. The office report further states that the respondent no.5 has expired. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall file the death certificate within four weeks.
