Section 13(2) in The Delhi Medical Council Act, 1997
(2)It shall be competent for the Council to incur expenditure for the following purposes, namely:-(i)salaries and allowances of the Registrar and the staff maintained by the Council;(ii)fees and allowances paid to the members of the Council and of the Executive committee;(iii)remuneration paid to the assessors; and(iv)such other expenses as are necessary for performing the duties and discharging the functions under this Act.
