Corporation as Sub Inspector and retired as such on 30.4.2020 has come up before this Court seeking release of his entire retiral benefits with interest.
2. Notice. Ms. Shubh Mahajan, Advocate waives notice and accepts service on behalf of the respondents.
3. The nature of the order we propose to pass would neither require written instructions nor any response from the respondents.

respondents to release 50% of the due and admissible retiral benefits together with statutory interest, within fifteen days.
After that, within two months, the respondents shall release the remaining due and eligible retiral benefits together with statutory interest on entire amount and file a compliance report within three months from today. The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again, in case he/she still feels aggrieved and dissatisfied. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
