ORDER (ORAL)

2. The O.A. No. 3185/2016 filed by the applicants was disposed of by this Tribunal on 19.09.2016 as under:
"3. In view of the limited prayer made by the applicants, we dispose of this OA at the admission stage itself without issuing notice to the respondents and without going into the merits of the case with a direction to them to consider the case of the applicants herein in the light of our judgment in OA No. 3227/2011, OA No. 2995/2014 and OA No. 2996/2014 and in case the applicants are found to be similarly placed then they be extended the same benefits as were granted to the applicants of the above mentioned OAs. The respondents shall take decision within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. No costs."
3. The respondents vide their 2nd compliance affidavit filed on 11.12.2017 enclosed an order dated 05.12.2017 and, today, the learned counsel for the respondents furnished various orders whereunder it is clearly mentioned that the orders of this Tribunal have been complied with and the claim of the applicants has been agreed and the pay scale was also granted to them.
