ORAL ORDER
9 02-07-2018This batch of writ petitions was filed in 2011. Right from 06.02.2012 the respondents were granted opportunity to file consolidated counter affidavit. The order sheet indicates that time and again prayer was made for grant of adjournment. On Patna High Court CWJC No.12590 of 2011(9) dt.02-07-2018 17/17 the last occasion on the request of counsel for the respondents the case was adjourned to enable them to file counter affidavit. Even today same prayer has been reiterated.
As a last indulgence, time till 9th of July, 2018 is granted to file consolidated counter affidavit failing which the the Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar is directed to remain physically present on 10th of July, 2018 at 10.30 AM.
