Section 2(1) in Himachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1996
(1)In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987);(b)"Committee" means the High Court Legal Services Committee;(c)"High Court" means the High Court of Himachal Pradesh;(d)"Rules" means the Himachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority Rules, framed under the Act.
