1. T.P. (C) No. 2546/2022 has been filed by the Digitally signed by SONIA BHASIN Date: 2022.12.03 petitioner-husband seeking transfer of a divorce 12:15:55 IST Reason:

petition filed by the respondent-wife under Section 2 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, registered as HMA No.1044/2022 titled as “Ms. Angellina Arenja vs. Mr. Nitij Arenja, pending before the Principal Judge, South District Family Court, Saket Court, New Delhi to the Court of competent jurisdiction (Family Court) at Bandra, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

2. T.P.(C) No. 2657/2022 has been filed by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of a divorce petition filed by the respondent-husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 registered as Petition No.A/447/2022 titled as “Nitij Ajeet Arenja vs. Angellina Nitij Arenja”, pending before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Saket, New Delhi. The petitioner-wife has also prayed that the above petition be tried together with HMA No.1044/2022, pending before the Principal Judge, South District Family Court, Saket Court, New Delhi.

3. Having regard to the fact that both the parties are agreeable to exploring the possibility of arriving at an amicable settlement, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, they are directed to appear before the Mediator to be appointed by the Supreme Court Mediation Centre, on 3 13.12.2022 at 4.00 p.m.

4. The Mediator, shall send the report within a period of six weeks.

5. List the matters after the report of the Mediator is received.

6. Until further orders, the following proceedings shall remain stayed :

(i) HMA No.1044/2022 titled as “Ms. Angellina Arenja vs. Mr. Nitij Arenja pending before the Principal Judge, South District Family Court, Saket Courts, New Delhi; and

(ii) Petition No.A/447/2022 titled as “Nitij Ajeet Arenja vs. Angellina Nitij Arenja” pending before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.
