Section 5(1) in Punjab Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020
(1)The Government shall, for the purposes of sub-section (3) of section 4, constitute a Selection Committee which shall be headed by the Chief Secretary, Punjab and consist of at least two other members.
