Section 1 in The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Contributory Provident Fund) Rules, 2003
1. Short title and Commencement.
(1)These Rules may be called the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Contributory Provident Fund) Rules, 2003.(2)They shall be deemed to have come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
