(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding sub-section, such Regulations may provide for all or any of the following, matters, namely :(a)the procedure to be observed at the meeting of the authority concerned and the number of members required to form a quorum ;(b)all matters which are required to be prescribed by the regulations under this Act, Statutes or the Ordinances ;(c)all matters solely concerning the authorities concerned and not otherwise provided for by or under this Act, the Statutes or Ordinances.
