28. Power to accept funds from Government or to raise loans.
- The University may accept funds from the Government of India or the State Government or the Government of other States in India or the University Grants Commission established under the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or other universities or recognized institutions and may, with the approval of .he State Government, raise loans from other sources.
