Section 24(5) in Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence Act, 2018

(5)Quorum for all meetings of the Board of Governors shall be three members attending and voting at such meeting.Provided that the presence of either the Chancellor or Pro chancellor or one nominee of the Sponsoring Body and in the absence of the Chancellor or one nominee of Sponsoring Body, the Vice Chancellor, shall always be necessary to form the quorum for any meeting of the Board of Governors.
