                     Judicial Magistrate, Sholinghur, Vellore District, by confirming the
                     judgment dated 05.03.2021 passed in C.A.No.94 of 2019 on the file of the
                     learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore at Ranipet.

                                                     ORDER

Today, when this Criminal Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, both the petitioner and the respondent are appeared before this Court along with their respective counsels. They filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 30.03.2022 stating that the dispute having by the petitioner with the respondent, is settled out of Court. The terms of compromise entered into between the petitioner and respondent are read over to either party and admitted them as found correct.

2. Hence, in view of the fact that, the offence committed by the accused is compoundable in nature under Section 147 of NI Act, the Joint Compromise Memo filed by the petitioner and the respondent, is recorded.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is allowed and the accused is acquitted from the charge.
