      1.       Heard.

      2.       In brief, it is the contention of learned Counsel for the Petitioners

      that the Petitioners are wrongly disqualified to hold the office as a member

      of the managing committee of Respondent No.3-Society, on the ground

      that they have defaulted in repayment of crop loan of the said society. It is

the contention of learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the loan was to

be repayable on 30.04.2015 and due to drought condition in the area, the

period to repay the loan was extended till 30.06.2016 by the State

Government.           In view of period extended, the Petitioners can not be

termed as defaulters so as to invite disqualification.

3.       Considering the submission advanced, following order is passed:

                                      ORDER

(i) Issue notice to Respondents returnable on 16.04.2019.

(ii) Learned AGP waives notice for Respondent Nos.1 & 2.

(iii) In addition to service through process of Court, Petitioners are permitted to serve Respondent Nos.3 and 4 by private service and file Affidavit of service.
