16. Method of Recruitment.
- [(i) After initial constitution of the staff cadre, if any vacancy arises in any of the grades specified in sub-clause (iii) of clause 14 or if new posts are created in any of the grades, it shall be filled up in accordance with Schedule II and in the following manner, namely: -| Name of the Post | Mode of Recruitment | Qualification/ Experience |
