Section 16(1)(vii) in The Punjab State Board for the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution Rules, 1983

(vii)The Memorandum of appeal not presented in accordance with the procedure specified in this rule and not accompanied by the proof of payment of the fees specified therefor shall not be entertained by the Appellate Authority.
