Section 2 in The Science and Engineering Research Board Rules, 2010
2. Definitions. - In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-
(a)"Act" means the Science and Engineering Research Board Act, 2008 (9 of 2009);(b)"form" means the forms annexed to these rules;(c)"section" means the section of the Act;(d)all other words and expressions used in these rules and not defined, but defined in the Act, shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
