Notwithstanding anything contained in this Order, the State Government may, from time to time, if in its opinion, it is necessary and expedient so to do for securing equitable distribution of exercise books and their availability at fair prices, order that the Schedule shall, until further directions given in this behalf, operate subject to such modifications or variation as may be specified.]
