10. Enquiry into claims and amount of compensation.
(1)The Collector shall proceed to enquire into any such claim and to determine the amount of compensation, if any, which should be given to the claimant.(2)Except as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of the law relating to compulsory acquisition of land in force at the time when any inquiry under sub-section (1) is made shall apply to every such inquiry.
