Section 422(b) in Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000
(b)reference to the President or the Vice President of a municipality constituted under the Jammu and Kashmir Act, 2000 shall be constructed in respect of the municipal area as reference to the Commissioner appointed under this Act ;
