13. Annual Report -
The Commission shall prepare once in every year, in such form at such time as may beprescribed an Annual Report giving a true and full account of its activities during theprevious years and copies thereof shall be forwarded to the Government and the Government shall cause the same to be laid before the Legislature of the State along with a Memorandum explaining the action taken or proposed to be taken on its recommendations and the reasons for the non acceptance; if any, of such recommendations.CHAPTER-IV FINANCE, ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT
