Conditions prescribed under section 4(xxvii).-When a person subject to the Act has been placed under the orders of an officer, junior commissioned officer, warrant officer, petty officer or non-commissioned officer of the regular Army or the Navy, such officer, junior commissioned officer, warrant officer, petty officer or non-commissioned officer, as well as those other officers, junior commissioned officers, warrant officers, petty officers or non-commissioned officers of the regular Army or the Navy who are directly superior in command to such officer, junior commissioned officer, warrant officer, petty officer or non-commissioned officer shall for the purposes of the Act and these rules be superior officers in relation to such persons.
