Section 20(1) in National Institute of Fashion Technology Statutes, 2020
(1)The Director (Finance and Accounts) shall be appointed by the Board in a pay scale equivalent to a Director to the Government of India on deputation or contract for a period not exceeding three years:Provided that the said period of three years may be extended by the Board for period not exceeding two years.
