(2)On receipt of an application under sub-rule (1), the Tribunal shall, if it is prima facie 01satisfied, after hearing the parties, about the reasonableness of such application, issue notice to such other child or relative to show cause why they should not be impleaded as a party, and shall after giving them an opportunity of being heard, pass an order regarding their implement or otherwise.
