Section 5 in The Haryana State Higher Education Council Act, 2018
5. Advisory committee.
(1)There shall be an advisory committee consisting of three members who shall be reputed academician or famous intellectuals for the selection of Chairperson of the Council.(2)Out of the said three members, two members shall be nominated by the Council and one member shall be nominated by the State Government.(3)The member nominated by the State Government shall be the Chairperson of the Advisory Committee.
