Section 59(1)(c) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954

(c)The Executive Committee may exercise and shall perform or discharge such powers, duties and functions as are -

(i)specified in column 2 of the Second Schedule and against which the words "shall be exercised by the Executive Committee" have been entered in column 3 of that schedule, and

(ii)delegated to the executive Committee under section 71:
