Section 7(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Medical Attendance-Cum-Allowance) Rules, 1990
(1)Government servants shall be allowed medical allowances at a uniform rate of Rs. [300 per month.] [Substituted for "100 per month" by SRO No. 344 dated 19-10-2006, w.e.f. 1-10-2006.]
