Section 292(4) in The Chandernagore Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
(4)The Corporation shall, within six months from the date of receipt of plan grant under sub-section (3) of section 63A, submit a report, stating the progress of work towards implementing the Annual Development Plan, either in full or in part, for which the said grant was sanctioned.
