Section 5(1) in The Parel Investments and Trading Private Limited and Domestic Gas Private Limited (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1979
(1)Each of the two companiesshall be given by the Central Government an amount, in cash, for vesting in it,under section 3, of the management of the undertaking thereof.
