91. Audit of accounts of the Council.
(1)The audit of the accounts of the Council shall be conducted by a Chartered Accountant or Local Fund Auditor.(2)The result of audit shall be communicated to the Executive Committee.(3)A copy of the Annual Audit Report shall be submitted by the Executive Committee to the State Government and to the members of the Council.
