- The annual report of the University shall be prepared under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor and circulated among the members of the Board one month before the annual meeting of the Board at which it is to be considered. The annual report, as approved by the Board, shall be sent to the Government for being laid on the table of the House of the State Legislature.
