Section 112 in The Goa, Housing Board Act, 1968

112. Power of Board to pay compensation.

- In any case not otherwise expressly provided for in this Act, the Board may pay reasonable compensation to any person who sustains damage by reason of the exercise of any of the powers vested by or under this Act in the Board or the Chairman or any officer or employee of the Board.
