Section 89(1) in Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1964
(1)In the discharge of its functions, the Board shall be guided by such directions on questions of policy as may be given to it by the State Government.[Provided that such direction shall be given after consultation with the Board.] [Inserted by Act 6 of 1966 w.e.f. 17.3.1966.]
