Section 12(1) in Roerich and Devikarani Roerich Estate (Acquisition and Transfer) Act, 1996
(1)The State Government shall, for the purpose of disbursing the amount payable under section 7 and 8 by notification in the Official Gazette appoint a Commissioner of payments.
