29. Appearance by legal practitioner.
(1)Save as provided in subsection (2), no legal practitioner shall be entitled to appear in proceedings under this Act.(2)A legal practitioner may appear-(i)in any proceeding in connection with an offence under this Act;(ii)in any other proceedings before a Labour Court or the Industrial Court with the leave of the Court.
