(1)The Board of Governors shall consist of -(a)The Chancellor - Chairman;(b)The Vice-Chancellor - Member Secretary;(c)Principal Secretary/Secretary to the State Government in the Higher Education Department or a secretary to the State Government nominated by the State Government.(d)five persons nominated by the Taleem Research Foundation, Ahmadabad;(e)A nominee of the UGC.(f)Three eminent educationists and academicians, out of whom at least one will be a woman, nominated by the Visitor;(g)Three academicians out of whom at least one will be a woman nominated by the Chancellor.
