Section 127 in The Manipur Municipalities Act,1994.
127. Lapse of sanction.-
A permission to erect, materially alter or re-erect building granted under this Chapter or deemed to have been given by the Nagar Panchayat or as the case may be, the Council, shall unless it is renewed on an a pplication made to the Nagar Panchayat or the Council for this purpose continue only for one year after the date on which it is granted.
