Section 2(c) in The Orissa State Municipal Council's Union Rules, 1966
(c)"Municipality", "Municipal Council" and "Municipal Administration", wherever they occur in these rules shall also mean respectively "Notified Area" "Notified Area Council" and "Notified Area Administration" constituted under Section 417-A of the Act;
