Section 300(3) in Andhra Pradesh Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Orders, 1980
(3)The District Judge shall in the month of January in each year, communicate the names of the advocates on the panel maintained for each Court in his district to the High Court in the following form:(a)Name of the advocate.(b)Date of birth.(c)General reputation and standing at the Bar.
