62. Transforming and converting machinery.-
(1)Transforming and converting machinery with the controlling switches and cut-outs shall be placed in a fire-proof and water-proof structure, adequately ventilated to the outside air, properly lighted and accessible to the management and shall be used for not other purpose.(2)No transformer which under normal conditions of load heats to above 130°F shall be used and the transformer circuits shall be so arranged that in no circumstances may a contact between the primary and secondary coils be established.
