(4)[ The members of Zila Parishads and Panchayat Samitis including Vice-Chairmen of Panchayat Samitis will be entitled to travelling allowances/daily allowances as admissible to [Grade II] [Added vide Haryana Notification No. G.S.R. 72/HA 11/94/S.209/97 dated 29.9.1997.] officers of the State Government.
