Section 19(2) in The Gujarat Agricultural Lands Ceiling Act, 1960
(2)If the right of the landlord under the relevant tenancy law to terminate the tenancy of such land on the ground that he bona fide requires the land for cultivating personally subsisted on the date of the declaration of such land as surplus land under Section 21, than the landlord shall be entitled to the restoration of possession of so much of such land as he would have been entitled to in accordance with the provisions of the relevant tenancy laws had the tenancy been terminated on the aforesaid ground.
