26A. [ Adoption of small family by Government servants. [Inserted Vide G.N., G.A.D. No. GS-76-88/CDR-1276-251-G dated 16-10-1976.]
- Every Government servant shall ensure that the number of his children does not exceed three :Provided that nothing in this rule shall apply to a Government servant who has more than three children on the 31st day of October, 1977.Provided further that a Government servant referred to in the preceding proviso shall ensure that the number of his children does not exceed the number of children he has on that day.] [Substituted vide GN/GAD/No. GS//86/30/CDR/893-Inq.
