Section 13(1) in THE KERALA UNIVERSITY OF DIGITAL SCIENCES, INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2021
(1)The Registrar shall be appointed in such manner, on such terms and conditions of service and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
